Key terms used in this policy: the Company refers to Naseh. The Application refers to the Naseh mobile software. The Country refers to Egypt. Personal Data means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. The Service refers to the Application. You refers to the individual using the Service.
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of data:
- Account & Authentication Data — full name, email address, phone number, and securely hashed password. We never store passwords in plain text.
- Sign in with Apple — if used, Apple may share your name and email with us. We use this only to create and manage your account.
- Technical & Device Data — device type, OS version, app version, and crash reports for stability purposes only.
- Push Notification Tokens via Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google). We do not access or store this data directly.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account
- Authenticate your identity when you log in
- Send relevant notifications and app updates
- Improve the performance, stability, and content of the App
- Respond to your support requests or inquiries
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
Storage & Security
We protect your data using industry-standard measures including encrypted data transmission over HTTPS, hashed and salted password storage, and strict access controls limiting who can view user data. While no method of transmission is 100% secure, we continuously work to safeguard your personal information. Your data may be processed at our operating locations or by third-party partners, which may involve transfers outside Egypt.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required by law to retain certain records.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share it only in the following limited situations:
- Service Providers — with trusted third-party services (such as Firebase/Google) that help us operate the App, under strict data protection agreements.
- Legal Requirements — if required by law or in response to valid requests from public authorities.
- Business Transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. You will be notified before such a transfer.
- With Your Consent — for any other purpose with your explicit consent.
Your Rights
You have the right to:

- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Withdraw consent at any time for any processing based on consent
Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time by emailing nasehteam@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and your registered email address. We will process your request and confirm deletion within a reasonable timeframe. We may retain certain information where we have a legal obligation to do so.

The App is not directed at anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has created an account, we will delete that account and its associated data promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
